Regular fire ceremonies

Babaji Arathi

This fire is dedicated to Babaji. We devote this ceremony to the divine mother, who protects and helps us on our path. The holy fire burns away our shadows and brings light into all aspects of our self. During the ceremony, we chant the Babaji kirtan. At the end, you receive the fire into your heart, and you are given some holy water, which cleanses you on an inner and outer level. At the end, there are also holy sweets, called Prasat, which in the tradition of hindu ceremonies are eaten to nourish the divine spirit within us.

Fire and Love Ritual

In this powerful ritual you can experience the unity of fire and love as an expression of the light of Christ. The ritual imprints deeply in our consciousness and creates a new image of Christ and God in us. We may see the vision of our own being in the completed light of Christ and experience the unity of fire and love within ourselves. The ritual also supports transformation and frees the human consciousness. It contributes to the connection between the heavens of the light of Christ and Earth, so that they can manifest themselves on Earth.

Agni Arathi

This ceremony is dedicated to Agni, the God of fire, who burns our fears and doubts, so that we may find our true self. Before the heart meditation, we chant the Agni Gayatri, Bhajan and Kirtan. During the ceremony we chant as well. Three fires are lit, camphor, oil and francinsense, which represent three different divine aspects. All three are brought into the four directions, thereby bringing them into all the worlds. All beings in all worlds are blessed, and that includes us as the participants.

Outdoor fire ceremonies

Shakti fire

This fire is dedicated to the Shakti energy, the pure female creation energy of the Divine Mother. It strengthens the Shakti energy within you and allows it to flow freely. Your female creation power returns to you, empowering you to live yourself fully without restrictions. The Shakti Fire supports the Earth so that the female creation energy can re-take its hereditary place on Earth. 

Dhuni

Dhuni is a holy place of fire, in which Shiva and Shakti (creator and creation) unite. The fire represents Agni’s eternal love for all beings. We can experience great healing during the ceremony, when we devote ourselves completely to the fire. Shadows, worries and pain can be burned away and we can receive happiness. The mantra “Om Namah Shivaya”, which we sing during the ceremony, nourishes the fire and ignites the holy fire within us. Prior to the ceremony, everyone is marked on their forehead with herbal paste to prepare them for the holy fire.
